Carpentry work near completion

Our vanity top in the MBR in progress. To be completed with a beautiful tap and black round basin.

Our "leather" back board to complete the MBR look. Turn out to be more complementary to the paint work than we expect.

One of our wish-list come true, bath tub for the hot dip after a tired week of work

Our shoe cabinet at the entrance foyer. Should be big enuff for now.... A umbrella slide out holder included

Our custom-made dining cum work top to be finished with granite top.

A hole is made to fit in my wine-cooler.

Our near complete kitchen cabinet. Looking good and a mix of modern with warm wood colour

Air con installed

Yes, we have our air con in sunny Singapore. It has been raining continuously for the past 2 weeks but I guess it is a neccesacity in our little red dot especially since I had been living with one for the last 15 years.

The air-con is yes, the Jack Neo endorsed Starmax Easiclean. However the main reason for the choice is the fact that it has the 4 ticks for energy savings. Hopefully the invertor system is as what is claimed. Money Savings

The contractor had worked out a wonderful plan for the running of the trunking and we will have minimal exposure of them.

However the trunking must still go somewhere and guess what, they will mostly be in the washroom area. Something have to go.

All is good except for this. Got the wrong impression from the air con installer and this is the headache now. The trunking run by the shortest route but I have to live with this exposed trunking below the door frame of the MBR washroom. Have to work out something to minimise the ugliness.
