Wedding Shopping - Bride's Wedding Shoes

As I have shared with my gals, I've spent quite a sum of wedding shoes. Here they are.

I bought two shoes from Loe and Behold. Fall in love with their shoes when I visited their website. After which I booked a appointment with them to select the shoes. This is the ivory shoes with ribbon and pearls.

This is a black lace shoes with ribbon. I love this shoes partly because of the lace. I feel it will go well with my main white and black gown but Bear said I should wear the ivory one. So I guess I will wear this for the evening gown or maybe the black boots.

This is the first shoes I bought from NineWest, thinking it will be fun to wear this with my evening gown though I dun think anyone can see them since I will be wearing a long gown. Anyway, I still can wear this in one of my photoshoot wearing short gown. I can visualize myself wearing this more often e.g. with jeans then the above shoes.

I guess the total cost of these 3 shoes can sum up nearly $500 bucks. I must be crazy!

Genting trip with J's family

Initially, both of us were thinking of going for a trip before I start my work in dec. However, I asked whether does he want to try to bring his parents along since it is in Malaysia and its been decades ever since J went with his parents to Genting. He told me he went with his parents when he was a very young kid, and suffered asthma there..not a very nice experience. Thus, we decided to ask his parents along, and also his 2nd brother, Ah yuan and wife, Michelle along too.

It was a 3 nights and 4 days at Genting. There's a lot of activities like bowling, playing pool, at outdoor theme park, and indoor games, shopping, eating, casino-ing, etc.
This is our first stop after our 1st dinner at Genting, BOWLING. It was really fun when most of us are beginners. We have pp who accidentally threw the bowl backwards, dad seemed to be almost flying into the alley, etc. Too bad that Mum not joining because she didn't wear socks. One thing to note was that, the rented shoes are terrible.

Behind us is the hotel which we stayed in, the First World Hotel. What's a colorful exterior. The room is only so-so, with noisy people at the corridor. First night was a sleepless night with Bear tossing around the whole night, 2nd nite a little bit better after I gave him a 2nd pillow for his neck, last night pretty bad with kids screaming for mummy across the corridors..omg. But overall still clean and neat.

The next day, we went to the outdoor theme park. Fortunately the heaven pity us and stopped raining in the afternoon, thus giving us a chance to play :P We played some coasters, viking, waterboats, games, etc

What's with that hand huh, justin??

This is one of the fun shots. We needed to pass the camera to Michelle when we crossed our path and making sure that the camera did not fall into the dirty waters.

I loved to play those throwing games to get some toys. I still remember I won one of the big prize in HK disneyland, but lady luck was not with me this time round, I won a small little white bear instead :)

The third day, we decided to try out the K-Lunch. Pretty cheap. For six people, we spent around 100ringits with food (braised chicken rice, fish, hua-tiao chicken, mutton rice, etc), drinks and tibits provided. However, it was a short 2 hrs KTV session, leaving us wanting more. This is our first time hearing Mum sing too..though a bit out of tune, but can see that she was enjoyed the KTV-ing.

After the KTV session, we also went to the indoor amusement parks. Pretty suprised that Mum was playing the bikies and basketballs. Hahahaha

The last day, which was the check-out day, Bear and I decided to take a picture inside the hotel room. Both of us were glad that we did our last round of shopping in the morning, and bought some lovely bears and cosages from "Lovely Lace" using our visa card, afraid we don't have too much cash on hand.

While waiting for the bus back to Singapore, we ordered starbuck coffee. Heard from J that this was the first time they drank coffee, and they seemed to love it because they have drank 3 times including the last day :)

Overall, it was a fun trip but some unpleasentness do happened with the constant breathing of the cigarette smokes, some nagging from Mum (which all mum does), tiredness from the lack of sleep but overall still not bad. More pictures can be found at "Picasa"

Some shots at Neil street and Marina Barrage

Bear was thinking of capturing some shots of places which we may consider for our photo shoot. Thus, we went to Neil Street and Marina Barrage. He bought his baby Nikon D-90 camera, capturing quite a number of pictures. I selected some of those which I like here.
