It was a exciting morning as we ventured into the Bintan's mangrove. We woke up around 7.30a.m and after a quick wash up, we went for the Kopi-O breakfast buffet which we finished around 9a.m so that we could get ready for the mangrove tour at 9.20a.m.
We went to the mangrove location by bus, which took around 15 mins.

Inside the mangrove, there are mainly 4 types of mangrove plants: | |
Steel root | Ribbon root |
Pencil root | Knee root |
| We even spotted some snakes hanging above us..my goodness. |  |
| It was a nice and windy tour. You could feel the cool breeze gently touches ur face. At first, I was pretty skeptical about this tour. My initial impression was it will be super duper hot and smelly. I'm glad Bear Bear persuaded me to join the tour. U are the best! | |
